Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

Humjot is a personal planner. This policy explains what Humjot stores, why, and the choices you have. In short: we keep what's needed to sync your planner and nothing more, we don't sell or share your data, and we don't run ads or trackers.

What we store

Your account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple user ID and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only see the private relay address.

Your planner. The boards, columns, cards, notes, details, plan steps and activity you create, so they sync across your devices and the web.

Devices and connections. A push notification token for each device where you allow notifications, and records of the apps you connect (such as Claude) and when they were last used.

Claude routine (optional). If you set up Run Claude Automatically, we store your routine's address and its token, encrypted. The token can only start your routine.

Apps work without an account; nothing is sent to our servers until you sign in.

AI

Humjot never pays for or runs AI on our servers, and we don't see your AI conversations.

Voice

Voice capture uses Apple's speech recognition, on your device where supported. We don't receive or keep audio.

How we use it

Only to provide Humjot: to sync your planner, send the notifications you allow, and let the assistants you connect work on what you ask. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train AI models.

Where it's kept

Your data is stored on servers we run on Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Backups are kept for a limited time so we can recover from failures.

Your choices

Children

Humjot isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app about significant changes.
